Susanna Seseña Saiz on one of the pangas (a small boat) of her Cucapá tribal fishing cooperative in the mostly dessicated Colorado River Delta. The tribe has been fighting to maintain their right to fish for curvina (a sea bass) within a biosphere reserve created by Mexico and the United Nations within Cucapá ancestral lands.
